The 15th Annual Bellingham Business Association Scholarship Golf Tournament has been postponed following a last minute decision by the hosting club. The event was supposed to take place Monday at the New England Country Club. But the BBA says on their Facebook Page that as they were setting up gift bags which included small bottles of alcohol they were informed by the course manager that the booze was against the contract. The BBA says they offered to remove it but the manager reportedly said it was too late and canceled the event. The tournament will now be held September 25 at Maplegate Country Club.
