An 8-year-old girl hit by a truck last week near Milford Town Park remains in a hospital in the ICU. Her mother tells local media she has a broken rib, nine displaced ribs, a collapsed lung, internal bleeding in her liver, and other injuries from the Thursday afternoon crash on Congress Street. Police Chief Robert Tusino says the accident is still under investigation but the driver stayed at the scene and has not been charged.
