The Worcester Bravehearts continued their dominant summer with a 12-4 win over the New Britain Bees, their fourth straight victory and ninth in their last eleven games. This one came after a rainout against Norwich and a shutout win over the Starfires behind Aidan Cardoza’s standout four-inning, five-strikeout performance.

Against New Britain, the Bravehearts’ bats were hot from the start. Pitcher Keegan Antelman earned the win, while Casey Wensley led the offense with three hits and three RBIs. Worcester continues to sit atop the FCBL standings, holding off second-place Vermont with consistent two-way play.

The Bravehearts are now 27-10 and continue to look like the class of the league, leading all teams in home runs and run differential. They’ll face off against the Starfires again tonight at home, aiming to extend their win streak to five and tighten their grip on the FCBL’s top spot.
