The Whitinsville Christian girls’ cross-country team kept its perfect season alive with another dominant performance Tuesday afternoon. The Crusaders swept through both Nipmuc and Uxbridge, earning 15-50 victories in each matchup and improving to 6-0.

Whitinsville’s top five runners once again controlled the field. Emily Flagg, Inez Smith, Abby Flagg, Josie Dyke, and Meredith Johnson claimed the first five scoring spots, leaving little room for opponents to challenge. The Flagg twins in particular have been standouts, with Emily bringing championship experience as a multi-sport state champion and Abby returning after sitting out last season to run a half marathon.

The Crusaders have quickly established themselves as one of the most complete teams in the region, pairing experience with a strong youth presence. With their top group consistently sweeping races, they enter every meet as heavy favorites.

Next Tuesday, Whitinsville will return home to face Blackstone Valley Tech at 3:30 p.m. The Beavers sit at 2-2 on the season, while the Crusaders will look to extend their unbeaten run.
