Blackstone-Millville boys’ lacrosse dropped a competitive 9–4 game to Littleton on Tuesday afternoon. The Tigers were led by Matt Clark’s hat trick and a well-rounded effort from Jake Taglieri, who added two goals and two assists. While the Chargers showed resilience and stayed close throughout the contest, they struggled to convert chances late as Littleton pulled away. Despite the loss, Blackstone-Millville showed flashes of growth against a strong Littleton squad, currently ranked among the top 10 in Division 4. The Chargers now shift their focus to Tantasqua, a fringe Division 2 playoff team. The Warriors pose a challenge but may offer a more level playing field. That game kicks off today at 3:30 PM on the road. Looking to finish the season strong, the Chargers will then host AMSA on Thursday at 3:30 PM. Though this year hasn’t gone as hoped, these final two games present a chance for the Chargers to showcase their progress, end the year with some wins, and lay the groundwork for next season.
