The Franklin Youth Football Program is Seeking a Head Coach

The Franklin Panthers have announced an opening for a new Head Coach for the youth football team. Following the recent appointment of a head coach at Franklin High School, the Panthers are seeking a dedicated leader to oversee their youth football program. This position involves designing and implementing practice sessions, developing game strategies, and teaching essential football skills while emphasizing sportsmanship and teamwork.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in football, excellent communication skills, and a genuine commitment to youth athlete development. The role requires a minimum commitment of 20 hours per week, during which the Head Coach will be responsible for mentoring young athletes and fostering their growth both on and off the field.
