Northbridge High School senior Seamus White had an impressive 2025 indoor track season. Seamus began by placing third at the SWCL Championships, clearing 5’8” to secure a spot at States. At the D5 MIAA Championships, he not only earned a medal with a sixth-place finish but also set a personal record by clearing an astounding 5’10” in the high jump—a fitting capstone to his indoor career with the Rams.
In recognition of his exceptional performance, Seamus was voted a first-team All-Star by South Worcester County League coaches, becoming the lone Northbridge selection on the indoor track team’s first team. His accomplishments underscore his hard work and dedication, setting a high standard for future Rams athletes.
