Nipmuc’s boys and girls indoor track and field teams wrapped up a highly successful season with strong performances and multiple CMAC All-Star selections. The Warriors produced standout results across several events, with Dash Correia leading the way and serving as one of the program’s top headliners throughout the winter.
Correia placed sixth in the D5 shot put at the state championships and then went on to win the weight throw at the MIAA Meet of Champions with a mark of 58-2.75. That performance, along with his strong overall winter, earned him an all-star bid. Nipmuc also received recognition across the roster, with Wes Ludwigson honored for the 1-mile, Ayla Williamson, Madison Tucket, and Mithra Balaji for the 4×400, Emma Watts, Jessica Casey, and Maya Williamson for the 4×200, Kameron Getman for the shot put, Lily Moran for the 4×400, and Lisa Lenfest for the 55-meter hurdles and 4×200.
The breadth of those honors shows how deep the Warriors were all season. Nipmuc’s athletes delivered across individual and relay events, and that balance helped the team finish the winter with plenty to celebrate. With outdoor track and field beginning soon, the Warriors should enter the next season with confidence and momentum.
