The Hopedale Blue Raiders fell to the Millbury Woolies yesterday February 10th. This tough loss brings the Blue Raiders to a 13-4 record and an impressive 9-1 Dual Valley record. This loss is following two impressive performances, in which Hopedale secured a 31-25 victory over Douglas on Tuesday the 4th, and a victory over Nipmuc Regional on New Year’s Eve. In the latter, standout Phoebe Carroll reached a milestone of 1,000 career points. She now eyes another achievement—surpassing her mother’s 1,100-point total, a family legacy she’s determined to continue.

Despite this setback against Millbury, the Blue Raiders will face Milford and Blackstone-Millville to close out the regular season, aiming to refine their game and secure a strong postseason position. Captains Mackenzie Reynolds, Anna Fafard, and Phoebe Carroll will lead the charge, determined to push Hopedale to a dominant finish. With a mix of experience, talent, and determination, the Blue Raiders are set to make a statement in the coming weeks.
