The Hopedale Blue Raiders boys’ cross-country team has been one of the region’s most consistent programs this fall, opening the year with a 4-0 record. Their latest performance was a dominant 17-47 win over Blackstone Valley Tech on Monday, extending their unbeaten streak.

Hopedale’s closest meet came in the opener against Whitinsville Christian, where they pulled out a 24-31 win. That result looks even stronger now with Whitinsville sitting at 5-1. Since then, the Blue Raiders have rolled through opponents, including a commanding 16-45 victory over Uxbridge.

Against the Spartans, Hopedale’s depth was on full display. Ben Stone, Quinn Cook, Connor Fitzgibbon, and Cedric Arthur swept the top four spots on the 3.1-mile course. With multiple athletes consistently finishing near the top, the Blue Raiders have proven difficult for opponents to match.

Looking ahead, Hopedale will take on Nipmuc next Tuesday. The matchup should provide another test, as Nipmuc looks to hand the Blue Raiders their first setback of the season.
