The Hopedale Blue Raiders have advanced to the finals after defeating #4 Sutton 53-40 in the Boys Small School Semifinals. With an impressive 18-2 record, they rank second in their league behind Nipmuc Regional and are recognized among the top 100 teams statewide. Led by Senior Guard Patrick Madden, the Blue Raiders are determined to secure their first Clark Tournament title since 2004 and make up for last year’s heartbreaking semifinal loss.

In a highly anticipated matchup, they now face #3 David Prouty. The Spartans have won five of their last six games and recently clinched the 2023 Clark Tournament. Now in their third consecutive finals appearance, David Prouty is aiming for its second small school championship and 11th overall title. The clash between these two teams is expected to be a thrilling contest that could redefine the season for both programs.

The Boys Small School Championship is happening today at 6:00 pm at the Kneller Athletics Center (57 Downing Street, Worcester, MA 01610). Tickets are $10 for adults, $5 for Grades 7-12 and seniors, and $2 for Grades K-6.
