Bailey Dzivasen had herself an excellent season for the Uxbridge Spartans, starring in Field Hockey, Basketball, and Softball. Not only was Bailey a superstar for all of these sports, but she helped all three programs make deep runs this year. Starting with field hockey, Bailey helped the Spartans capture their fourth straight D4 State Championship. In Bailey’s time in the program, Uxbridge held an 86-3-2 record and won four championships, thanks in large part to Dzivasen’s tenacious play as the starting right back. Bailey was also a captain in all three sports, showcasing leadership skills. In addition to Field Hockey, Dzivasen helped guide the Spartans to their first-ever Clark tournament victory this winter, scoring 11 crucial points in the finals. But as Bailey would admit, Softball is her primary sport, where she excelled in an excellent season. Dzivasen broke many softball records this year, including the longest hit streak at 18 games, and Uxbridge’s all-time hits leader. Bailey helped guide the Spartans to the final four after batting .486 with six homers and 23 runs. It is no surprise Dzivasen was named female athlete of the year in Central Massachusetts. Bailey will continue her softball career at Franklin Pierce University next year and aim to continue her successful ways.
