We are currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a part-time Studio Control Board Operator. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining the studio control board, monitoring audio levels and quality, and assisting with production of live and pre-recorded radio programs.

Minimum Qualifications:
- Minimum of one year experience in a radio studio environment or equivalent broadcasting studies/education.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in audio processing software and equipment
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for radio and desire to continually improve programming.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain the studio control board, including audio mixing and processing.
- Monitor audio levels and quality to ensure a clear and professional sound.
- Assist with the production of live and pre-recorded radio programs, including scheduling and coordinating guests and on-air talent.
- Works closely with on-air talent to ensure a smooth and seamless broadcast experience.
- Fill in for on-air hosts on days off and vacations.
- Input weather reports and other on-air elements in a timely manner.
- Ensure all equipment is in proper working order and perform routine maintenance as needed.
- Respond to listener requests and requests for information during live broadcast.
