Minimum Requirements:
- Must be 18 years of age or older with a valid MA driver’s license and positive driving record.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strength and agility to lift objects more than 25 lbs.
- Able to work a flexible schedule including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
- Be self-motivated, responsible, and detail oriented.
- Enjoy working in a team environment and communicate effectively.
- Have strong customer service skills.
- Work well under pressure and have the willingness and ability to learn how to operate promotional equipment.
- Ability to organize inventory and equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in setting up and executing station games, contests, and events with other promotions team members and/or alone.
- Load and unload equipment from a vehicle, set up and break down pop-up tents, tables, banners, and sound system.
- Operate basic radio equipment and other duties as directed.
- Act as a liaison between the radio station and our listeners, fans and followers.
- Represent the radio station in a positive and professional manner.
- Document events with photos and videos.
- Work closely with clients before, during, and after event to ensure satisfaction.
- Make public announcements as needed.
