UXBRIDGE — On Friday, February 20, at 7:30 p.m., the Officer Steve LaPorta Memorial Fund will present a 21+ Comedy Night at Arrowhead Acres in Uxbridge, with all proceeds benefiting the LaPorta family. The Memorial Fund was established by Uxbridge Police officers to provide direct support to the family following Officer LaPorta’s passing.
The event will feature several New England–based comedians, headlined by Doug Key, and will be hosted by Greg Gomes. The two-hour show is expected to include three to four comedians, along with raffles to benefit the Memorial Fund, according to Gomes.
Tickets are $35 and can be purchased through the event’s Eventbrite page or via the Uxbridge Police Department’s Facebook page. Flyers will also be posted throughout the Uxbridge area, each featuring QR codes that link directly to the Eventbrite ticket page.
Arrowhead Acres is located at 84 Aldrich Street in Uxbridge. Additional details about the event can be found in 101.3 MyFM’s exclusive interview with Greg Gomes, available on the station’s SoundCloud page.
