MILFORD – The Milford Regional Medical Center recently recognized three outstanding teen volunteers with Perry Memorial Volunteer Scholarships, helping support the next generation of healthcare professionals.

This year’s $500 scholarship recipients are Jack Anderson, Sanvi Avachitam, and Greta Colonero. Jack and Greta plan to pursue careers in nursing, while Sanvi hopes to become a psychiatrist.

The scholarship program honors the legacy of Bill and Anne Perry, whose dedication to volunteerism and education continues to make a lasting impact on the community. Hospital officials say the award recognizes students who have demonstrated a commitment to service while preparing for careers focused on helping others.

Milford Regional also extended its appreciation to Bob Cole, Mark Perry, and Rebecca Perry for their continued support of the scholarship program.

Congratulations to all three recipients as they begin their journeys toward careers in healthcare.
