ASHLAND — On January 31, from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m., the Ashland Public Schools Make-A-Wish Club will host its ninth annual Jump for Joy fundraiser at the Ashland High School gymnasium. The family-friendly event will feature multiple bounce houses and aims to raise funds to help grant the club’s 11th wish for a child facing critical illness.
Admission is $10 per child, which provides access to a gymnasium filled with bounce houses for children of all ages. Additional attractions, including raffles and concessions, will be available for an additional cost, according to school principal Jennifer Pavia-Shiels.
Those looking to learn more about the Jump for Joy event or the Make-A-Wish Club’s student-led efforts can hear the club’s story and learn about its previous initiatives through an exclusive interview with the club’s staff.
The Ashland High School gymnasium is located at 87 West Union Street in Ashland.
