WESTBOROUGH – The Boroughs Family Branch YMCA in Westborough will host its annual Healthy Kids Day on April 18 from 12 p.m. to 3 p.m., inviting families to take part in a free, community-focused event centered on youth health, wellness and active living.
Healthy Kids Day is designed to encourage children and families to stay active while exploring a variety of fun and engaging activities. The event will feature interactive stations, games and hands-on experiences that promote physical fitness, healthy habits and overall well-being.
Attendees can expect a wide range of activities that go beyond traditional fitness programming, offering opportunities for kids to learn through play while staying active. The event emphasizes accessibility and community connection, making it welcoming for families of all backgrounds and activity levels.
What sets Healthy Kids Day apart from other fitness events is its focus on making health and wellness approachable and enjoyable for children. Rather than structured workouts, the event creates an environment where kids can explore movement, creativity and social interaction in a fun and supportive setting.
In addition to Healthy Kids Day, the Boroughs Family Branch YMCA continues to host a variety of programs and events throughout the year aimed at strengthening community engagement and promoting healthy lifestyles for all ages.
