The Uxbridge 300th Anniversary Committee is inviting residents and visitors to step back in time during Legends & Lanterns, a special Halloween-themed living history event celebrating the town’s rich past.
The event will take place on Saturday, October 24, from 4:00 PM to 9:00 PM at River Bend Farm.
Described as “Halloween meets living history,” Legends & Lanterns will bring together 300 years of Uxbridge stories, legends, and traditions for an unforgettable evening filled with storytelling, history, and Halloween fun.
Guests can experience legends and ghost story narrated trolley tours through Uxbridge, local tales and historic stories, living history presentations, a strolling magician, and family-friendly Halloween activities. Organizers say additional activities, performers, and surprises will be announced as the event gets closer.
The evening will offer a unique opportunity to explore Uxbridge’s history in a festive atmosphere, blending community storytelling with the mystery and excitement of Halloween.
