Sat, May 16 from 1:00pm to 6:00pm
VFW Post 1385 Hall
13 Cross Rd, Uxbridge, MA 01569

Friends, family, and community members are coming together to support Jeff Burgess and his family during an incredibly challenging time.

In October 2025, Jeff was diagnosed with an aggressive stage 4 Epithelioid Melanoma. Further testing revealed that the cancer had metastasized to multiple organs. Since then, Jeff and his family have been navigating countless doctor’s visits, testing, travel, and treatment discussions with his healthcare team at Dana-Farber, while facing the emotional and financial toll that comes with such a diagnosis.

Those who know Jeff and Karen know how selfless, kindhearted, and supportive they are to everyone around them. Now, the community has the opportunity to give that same love and support back.
