Official Rules – Six Flags New England Giveaway

  1. Eligibility:
    Must be 18 years of age or older to enter. Contest is open to legal residents of Massachusetts and surrounding states. Employees of MyFM 101.3, contest sponsors, and their immediate family members are not eligible to win.

  2. Entry Limit:
    Limited to one entry per person for the duration of the contest. Duplicate entries will be disqualified.

  3. Entry Period:
    The entry period opens when the contest is published on MyFMToday.com and closes at 11:59 PM on April 16, 2025.

  4. Winner Selection:
    Winners will be randomly drawn on April 17, 2025. Winners will be contacted via the email address provided during entry. If a winner does not respond within 48 hours, an alternate winner may be selected.

  5. Prizes:
    Each winner will receive a pair of tickets to Six Flags New England. The number of winners and specific prize details will be outlined in the contest announcement.

  6. Notification & Verification:
    Winners must present valid identification to claim their prize. Prizes are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash or substituted.

  7. General Conditions:
    By entering, participants agree to allow MyFM 101.3 to use their name, likeness, and submitted content for promotional purposes without further compensation. All decisions by MyFM 101.3 are final.

  8. Privacy:
    Information collected through the entry form will only be used to administer the contest and notify winners.
