The King Philip girls’ soccer team earned a 2-0 victory over Oliver Ames on Monday night, with sophomore Molly Morgan providing all of the offense.
After a scoreless first half, Morgan found the back of the net twice during the opening 10 minutes of the second half. Her two goals gave the Warriors the lead and ultimately proved to be the only goals of the game.
King Philip’s defense held Oliver Ames scoreless the rest of the way to secure the shutout and the 2-0 win.
The Warriors will return to action today when they host Stoughton at 3:45 p.m. for another girls’ soccer matchup.
