HOPKINTON – The chair of the Hopkinton Cultural Council has been selected to serve on a new regional arts advisory board.
Mari Jae Benning, who is also a co-founder of Art Oasis Natick, has been named to the Community Foundation for MetroWest’s ARTbuilds Community Advisory Board. The group will help guide the foundation’s new regional investment strategy for arts and culture.
The goal is to combine local data, community input and philanthropic investment to expand access to the arts, support working and teaching artists and contribute to economic development.
