NORTH ATTLEBORO, Mass. — The King Philip field hockey team will look to continue its strong start to the season Tuesday evening when the Warriors travel to North Attleboro for a 6:30 p.m. matchup.
King Philip enters the contest with a 6-1 record after a dominant 7-0 victory over Stoughton last Thursday. The Warriors have been among the top teams in the Hockomock League through the opening weeks of the season.
The team’s lone loss came in its season opener against Franklin. Since then, King Philip has put together six consecutive victories, building momentum heading into Tuesday night’s road matchup.
North Attleboro will host the Warriors at North Attleboro High School. The Rocketeers enter the game after a 3-0 loss to Attleboro on Sept. 24.
The matchup gives King Philip another opportunity to continue its winning streak while facing a North Attleboro team looking to rebound at home.
The opening whistle is scheduled for 6:30 p.m. Tuesday.
