MILFORD – A Milford man has been arrested after police say he showed explicit photographs to someone at Louisa Lake.
Milford Police allege that Fabian Chinchi approached at least one vehicle in the parking lot Friday night and displayed explicit images on his phone through the driver’s-side window.
The driver called 911 and provided a description. Police say they found Chinchi a few minutes later near the entrance to Clark’s Island on the Milford Bike Trail. He is charged with distributing obscene matter and disorderly conduct.
