Jill Moisuk, 44, of Uxbridge
1981 - 2026

Born on November 10th, 1981, in Worcester, Jill lived with a spirit of warmth, adventure and enthusiasm. Those who knew her will remember her friendly personality, generous heart and the energy she brought wherever she went.

Jill graduated from Uxbridge High School, where she was a standout field hockey player. She continued her education and athletic career at Bridgewater State University, earning recognition as one of the state's top players. Her success on the field reflected her natural athletic ability as well as the determination, discipline and competitive spirit she carried throughout her life.

Away from field hockey, Jill loved being active and outdoors. She enjoyed waterskiing, riding her dirt bike, gardening and tubing. Her adventurous nature was a defining part of her personality, and she found happiness in experiences that brought people together.

Family remained central to Jill's life. She is survived by her mother, Robin, and her husband, David Lavallee, of Uxbridge; her son, Stanley C. Monteiro; her brother, David J. Lavallee and his wife, Mikaela, of Uxbridge; her sisters, Laura L. Lavallee of Uxbridge and Emily A. Benoit and her husband, Chris, of Uxbridge; her aunts, Theresa Youngsma of Uxbridge and Sheila Robinson and her husband, Kevin, of Maine; Stanley's father, Michael Monteiro; and many cousins, nieces and nephews.

She was predeceased by her father, William Moisuk.

Jill's life was filled with movement, laughter and connection. Though her time was far too short, she leaves behind lasting memories of her athletic accomplishments, love of adventure, kindness toward others and spirited approach to life.

Relatives and friends are invited to a graveside funeral service on Friday, September 18th, at 11:00 AM at the Prospect Hill Cemetery, located at Mendon Street, Route 16, in Uxbridge.
