MILFORD – A Milford man is facing several charges, including an alleged fourth-offense OUI, after police say he was driving with two young children in his vehicle Saturday night.
Milford Police say officers responded to the area of Tyler Street near Purchase Street after receiving 911 calls about a vehicle. Patrol officers located the car and allegedly observed the driver weaving before conducting a traffic stop.
The driver, identified as Max Escobar, was arrested and charged with fourth-offense Operating Under the Influence, Negligent Operation, Child Endangerment While OUI, and a Marked Lanes Violation.
