Carol A. Panoff, 80, of Holliston
1946 - 2026

Carol began her professional life as a dental hygienist and later became the owner of women’s clothing stores. A talented artist, she had a lifelong passion for oil painting and enjoyed expressing her creativity through her work.

Staying active was an important part of Carol’s life. She enjoyed walking, jogging, golfing, and watching sports. She loved traveling to Florida, attending musicals, singing, and spending time with her dogs and grand-dogs, especially getting them into the pool.

Above all, Carol was a devoted mother and grandmother who treasured her family. She loved cooking and baking and was always happy to bring everyone together by hosting the holidays. Her greatest joy came from spending time with her grandchildren and creating memories with those she loved.

Carol is survived by her daughters, Wendi Koffinke and her husband, Bill; Tracey Martin and her husband, Chris; and Robin Parente and her husband, Darren. She also leaves her seven grandchildren, Ashley, Matt, Carli, Julia, Brylee, Chris, and Jason; her great-grandchild, Violet; and her close and special friends, Dan Adams and Nancy Martin.

Carol’s family extends its heartfelt gratitude to the staff at Forge Hill, especially the Harbor staff, for the kindness and compassionate care they provided.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, August 13th, from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Chesmore Funeral Home of Holliston, located at 854 Washington Street.

A graveside service will follow at approximately 1:00 PM at the Saint Mary’s Cemetery in Uxbridge.
