HOPEDALE – The chairman of the Hopedale Parks Commission has pleaded not guilty to multiple charges involving alleged misuse of town employees’ identities and public funds.
Michael Costanza was arraigned Friday on charges including identity fraud, larceny, forgery, and receiving stolen property. Prosecutors allege the Hopedale-related offenses occurred last fall, while additional incidents in Milford allegedly took place over the summer.
Following his arraignment, Costanza was released without bail and is scheduled to return to court at a later date.
