NORTHBRIDGE – Organizations and residents with ideas to improve the community are invited to apply for Community Preservation Act funding.
The Northbridge Community Preservation Committee has opened pre-applications for its next funding cycle. Eligible projects include those involving open space and recreation, affordable community housing, and historic preservation.
Since the program began in 2017, CPA funding has supported projects including improvements to the Linwood Basketball Courts, preservation work at Castle Hill Farm, and restoration of the historic Colonel James Fletcher House. Projects selected by the committee will be considered at the 2027 Spring Annual Town Meeting.
