Born on May 26, 1949, in Millis, Massachusetts, Elizabeth was the daughter of the late Ira H. Stilen and Elizabeth May Roberts (Vaughan). She was also predeceased by her grandparents, Roseanna Vaughan (Bourassa) and Wilfred Vaughan Sr.
Elizabeth devoted many years of her life to caring for others as a home health aide and nurse's aide. She received special recognition for her compassionate work with hospice patients, a reflection of the kindness and dedication she brought to those in her care.
As a resident of the Lovering Heights community, Elizabeth enjoyed spending time with friends and became known for her generous spirit. Even during her illness, she often made sure to provide snacks for the community's weekly social gatherings, a simple but heartfelt gesture that reflected her thoughtfulness and care for others.
Elizabeth was predeceased by her son, Alan J. Wooding Jr.
She is survived by her daughters, Danielle Wooding of North Smithfield, Rhode Island, and Sharon (Belmont) Lambirth of Whitinsville; her sisters, Linda Felici, Pamela Hazzard, and Gail Starzyk; her 14 grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
In accordance with Elizabeth's wishes, there will be no public services.
