MILFORD – The Milford Community School Use Program is inviting families to register their youngest athletes for Sportsmani, a summer program designed to introduce Pre-K and Kindergarten children to the fundamentals of sports in a fun and active environment.
The weeklong program will run July 27th-31st from 9 AM to noon and is geared toward children ages 3 to 6. Participants will enjoy a combination of basketball and street hockey activities that encourage movement, skill development, and teamwork.
Organizers say Sportsmani is designed to help children stay active while building confidence, making new friends, and developing important social skills through organized play. The program also promotes fitness, sportsmanship, and cooperation in a supportive setting.
Sportsmani is one of several youth athletic programs being offered this summer through F.A.S.T. Athletics, whose mission is to help children improve their overall fitness, agility, teamwork, and athletic abilities while having fun.
