Ann Helen Andre, 93, from Holliston
1932 - 2026

Ann lived a remarkable life marked by service, devotion, and love. A proud veteran of the United States Navy, she served her country with honor and dedication. An accomplished swimmer, Ann was once invited to train for the Olympics, but her life took an even more meaningful path when she met the love of her life, Kenneth Andre, while they were both serving in the Navy. The couple married in February 1954, settled in Holliston, and built a loving family together.

Although Ann was an accomplished swimmer, avid tennis player, talented seamstress, and exceptional cook, she considered her greatest accomplishment to be her family. Her children, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren were the center of her life and brought her immeasurable joy.

Ann was predeceased by her husband, Kenneth Andre; her daughter, Mary Isabelle; her grandson, Matthew Bertulli; her sisters, Mary Fuller, Jean Sullivan, and Patricia Hurd; and her brother, Nalbert Tero.

She is survived by her sister, Cathy Mandino and her husband Silvio; her brother, Michael Tero and his wife Carla; her daughters, Ann Andre and Michael Sheehan, Elizabeth Wingert and her husband Edward, and Kathleen Truitt and her husband David; her grandchildren Chad, Meghan, Joshua, Benjamin, Thomas, Kara, and Casey; her great-grandchildren Kristen, Elizabeth, Kayla, Lauren, Charlie, James, Riley, Tucker, Ella, and Cooper; her great-great-grandchildren Leo and Tommy; and many beloved nieces and nephews.

Private family services will be held.

Military honors will be rendered in recognition of Ann's service in the United States Navy.

Arrangements are under the care of the Chesmore Funeral Home.
