Ruth A. Tebo, a thoughtful and friendly woman whose life was centered around her family, passed away on June 9, 2026, at her sister’s home in Hopedale. She was born on October 13, 1944, in Milford.

Ruth was the beloved wife of John W. Tebo Sr., with whom she shared 62 years of marriage. Their life together was built on love, devotion, companionship, and a deep commitment to family.

She was a loving mother to her daughter, Jo-Ann Tebo of Franklin, and carried in her heart the memory of her son, John Tebo Jr., who predeceased her. Family was the center of Ruth’s world, and she devoted herself to caring for those she loved.

Ruth is also survived by her sisters, Janet Yarush of Franklin, Toni Dumont of Hopedale, Carmela Smith of Milford, and Lucille Bucchinio of Franklin, as well as her brother, Matthe DeLoia Jr. of Maine. She was a proud grandmother to Michaela and leaves behind many nieces and nephews who held a special place in her heart.

Those who knew Ruth will remember her as warm, thoughtful, and kind, with a gentle nature that made everyone feel welcome. She enjoyed life’s simple pleasures and found happiness in the time she spent with family and friends.

Among her favorite memories were vacations to Cape Cod and New Hampshire, where she enjoyed relaxing and creating lasting family memories. Her interests reflected her appreciation for everyday joys and her ability to find happiness in life's simple moments.
