MEDWAY – Medway has officially adopted new Design Review Guidelines aimed at shaping future development throughout the community.
Town officials began the effort more than a year ago after receiving a $75,000 One Stop for Growth grant from the Commonwealth. The guidelines establish expectations for the design of new construction and major renovation projects involving homes and businesses.
According to town leaders, the goals include preserving Medway’s traditional New England village character, streamlining the development review process, and protecting property values while encouraging high-quality growth.
