MILFORD – Atlantic Capital Partners has announced the sale of the Milford Shopping Center to Newton-based Equity Venture Partners for $8 million. The more than 50,000-square-foot retail center was sold by Linear Retail Properties, which had owned the property since 2007.
Anchored by Milford’s RMV office, the shopping center is considered a key retail destination thanks to its location on Route 140 and convenient access to Interstate 495, connecting the Boston, Worcester, and Providence metropolitan areas.
