MILFORD – A 19-year-old Milford man is facing multiple charges following a crash last week in which a vehicle slammed into a telephone pole. Witnesses told police they saw three people remain inside the vehicle while a fourth person fled the scene on foot after the Thursday night crash.
Milford Police say the department’s K-9 Unit tracked the fleeing suspect to a home on Prospect Street, where officers later arrested Luis Tenezaca. He is charged with OUI, negligent operation, possessing an open container of alcohol in a vehicle, and possession of alcohol by a person under 21.
