FRANKLIN – Five junior engineering students from Tri-County Regional Vocational Technical High School have been named finalists in the prestigious NASA HUNCH Design and Prototyping Program. The competition challenges students to create hardware and software for potential use on the International Space Station, Artemis missions, and other NASA projects.
The student team, made up of teens from Franklin, Medway, Plainville, and North Attleboro, recently traveled to NASA’s Johnson Space Center to present a design focused on improving crop production in gravity environments.
