Born in Milford, she was the daughter of the late Nicholas and Josephine (Bulso) Pannichelli. Jennie attended Milford public schools and was a proud graduate of Milford High School, Class of 1943.
She began her working life at the Telechron Corporation in Ashland before continuing her career at the former Lisch Hat Company. She later spent many years as a secretary and bookkeeper with Electrolux, working in both Milford and Framingham.
A lifelong resident of Milford, Jennie was a devoted member of Sacred Heart of Jesus Church, where she was active in the Rosella Guild. She was also a dedicated member of the American Legion Auxiliary, John W. Powers Post #59.
Jennie had many talents and interests. She was highly skilled in crocheting and rug hooking, creating countless afghans over the years for family and friends. She was also an avid ten-pin bowler, remaining active in the sport well into her late 80s. She cherished time spent with her husband and family at their summer cottage in Dennis on Cape Cod.
She is survived by her sons, Alfred DellaRovere and his companion Jean M. Masse of Milford, and Dennis DellaRovere and his wife Linda of Mendon; her grandsons, Jeffrey DellaRovere and his wife Jennifer Lofgren-DellaRovere of Milton, and Steven DellaRovere and his wife Allison of Northborough; and her four great-grandchildren, Grace, Lydia, Adam, and Theodore. She also leaves behind several nieces and nephews.
Jennie was predeceased by her siblings, Louis Gastone, Joyce Bougery, Antoinette Duca, Lena Gentili, and Nicholas Pannichelli Jr.
