MILFORD – A man accused in a fatal crash involving a Milford woman last year has pleaded not guilty. Stewart Anderson is charged with OUI vehicular homicide, negligence, and leaving the scene, after police allege he struck Julie Stewart while she was walking across Worcester Road in May 2025.
Investigators say Anderson left the scene but was later tracked down and arrested at his home. He was arraigned Tuesday, entered a not guilty plea, and was released on $10,000 bail, with another court date scheduled for next month.
