Rosanne M. Flores Kelly, 69, of Worcester
1956 - 2026

Rosanne was the daughter of the late John Flores and Rose (Caponio) Flores. She grew up surrounded by strong family connections, which remained a constant and meaningful part of her life.

She is survived by her daughter, Kristina M. Kelly and her wife Stacy of Webster, and her beloved granddaughter, Natalee Kelly of Webster, who brought her immense joy and pride. She also leaves her brother, John G. Flores, PhD, of Cummaquid; her sister, Nancy J. Cassano of Florida; her brother-in-law, Thomas G. Clemens of Uxbridge; and her nieces, Andrea Olearczyk of San Diego, California, Kimberly Airasian of Watertown, and Alissa Balicki of Uxbridge. She is further survived by many cousins, great-nieces, and great-nephews who will hold her memory close.

Rosanne was predeceased by her son, Philip J. Kelly, whose memory she carried with her always; her sister, Kathy M. Clemens; and her sister-in-law, Barbara J. (Everett) Flores.

She was a graduate of Cardinal Cushing High School in South Boston and continued her education at Mass Bay Community College. Rosanne valued learning and applied that same determination and discipline throughout her life and career.

She spent over 15 years working at Neiman Marcus in Natick, where she was known for her professionalism, dedication, and the kindness she showed to both colleagues and customers.

In her younger years, Rosanne was active in St. Ambrose Church in Dorchester, where her faith and involvement in the community played an important role in her life. She was also a proud member of OFD, maintaining a strong connection to her Dorchester roots—something she carried with pride and affection throughout her life.

Rosanne enjoyed challenging online games and found comfort in life’s simple routines and quiet moments. Those who knew her will remember her as dependable, caring, and someone whose presence made a lasting impact.
