FRANKLIN – The Hockomock Area YMCA has announced leadership changes involving two longtime staff members. After more than 13 years leading the Franklin branch, Scott Martin will take on a new role as Vice President of Enterprise Strategy & Risk, supporting the YMCA’s work across 16 communities.
Stepping into the Franklin Branch Executive Director position is Jen Doherty, who has been with the organization since 2011 and most recently served as Associate Executive Director. Officials say the transition reflects strong internal leadership and continued growth within the organization.
