She is also survived by her brother, Norman Gorin and his wife Amy of Wellesley; Darryl Bullock of Sterling, Virginia; and Liz Christie and her husband Steve of Dedham. Harriet was born on August 19, 1950, in Brighton, Massachusetts, and was the daughter of the late Harold E. Gorin and Ruth Helen Nayor.
Affectionately known as “Honey” to all who knew her, Harriet was a person whose love knew no limits. Her compassion was unconditional—freely given, never judgmental, and deeply felt by everyone in her life. Her home was always open, offering warmth, comfort, and a welcoming space to anyone in need. She had a remarkable ability to make others feel valued, supported, and truly cared for.
Honey’s kindness was both gentle and powerful, and her selfless nature left a lasting impact on countless lives. She created an environment where people felt safe, accepted, and loved, and that legacy will continue through the many lives she touched. She will be deeply missed.
