FRANKLIN – Residents of Franklin will have an opportunity to recycle electronics while supporting a local organization.
St. Mary Parish is hosting an e-recycling event on Saturday, April 11, where residents can drop off unwanted electronics and appliances—essentially anything powered by a plug or battery.
There will be a small fee for recycling, with a portion of the proceeds going to the parish. Organizers will also accept donations of used bicycles that are still in working condition.
