Gerald H. Gagnon, 96, of Holliston
1929 - 2026

Gerald dedicated 45 years of his career as a master mechanic with Perini Corporation in Framingham and was a proud member of Local 4 Union. He was also an active member of the Freemasons’ Montgomery Lodge A.F. & A.M. in Milford. A true outdoorsman, Gerald found great joy in hunting, fishing, and spending time in nature. He also enjoyed bowling and watching classic western movies. Known as a true jack-of-all-trades, he had a remarkable ability to fix or build anything and took pride in his craftsmanship.

Above all, Gerald cherished time with his family. He was a devoted husband, father, and grandfather whose patience, strength, and love left a lasting impression on all who knew him.

He was predeceased by his beloved wife of 76 years, Joan (L’Italien) Gagnon, and his siblings Leona, Marie, Anthelm, Percy, LeoJames, Joan, Edgar, and Gilbert.

He is survived by his brother, Henry Gagnon and his wife Dannielle of Dixon, California; his daughter, Maxine Jenkins of Bellingham; and his son, Donald Gagnon and his wife Phyllis of Van Buren, Maine. He also leaves behind five grandchildren, eleven great-grandchildren, and one great-great-granddaughter, Veda.

There are no calling hours. Gerald will be laid to rest in Van Buren, Maine, alongside his wife Joan in the late spring.
