HOLLISTON — Harvard Bioscience has officially appointed Mark Frost as its Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer.
Frost had been serving as interim CFO since last spring following the resignation of Jennifer Cote. The Holliston-based biotechnology company announced this week that Frost will now hold the position permanently.
According to the Worcester Business Journal, the company continues working to regain compliance with Nasdaq after its stock price fell and several board members departed. Harvard Bioscience has since added new board members and is focused on stabilizing its stock performance.
