Franklin Offering Free Hands-Only CPR Training for Community

FRANKLIN — The Franklin Health Department and Franklin Fire Department are offering a free hands-only CPR class for community members.

The training will be held March 25 from 3 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. at the Franklin Fire Station. The class will teach participants how to recognize cardiac arrest and perform hands-only CPR to help save a life.

Officials note the session is for educational purposes and will not provide CPR certification. Residents can register using the sign-up link available on the Franklin Fire Department’s social media pages.
