MILFORD — A Milford man has been arrested as part of a recent sting operation targeting men accused of attempting to arrange sexual encounters with children. Massachusetts State Police allege that Surya Chandra Ravi Kumar Eda tried to arrange sex for money with a child but was actually communicating with an undercover investigator.
Police say Kumar Eda and two other men from different towns are facing charges including Sexual Conduct for a Fee with a Child, Enticement, and Attempt to Commit a Crime. All three men were being held on $7,500 bail following their arrests.
