FRANKLIN — The Franklin Food Pantry is looking for a Volunteer Engagement Manager to help lead and support its volunteer program. The role focuses on volunteer recruitment, onboarding, training, and recognition, while also creating meaningful and engaging experiences for those who donate their time.
The position works closely with the Pantry’s Operations, Advancement, and Communications teams to help advance the organization’s mission. Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience, along with at least five years of experience in volunteer management or a related area.
