NORFOLK COUNTY – Real estate activity in Norfolk County continued its upward trend this fall, according to Norfolk County Register of Deeds William P. O’Donnell, who reports that document recordings in October were up 10% compared to September. O’Donnell says the continued momentum reflects strong confidence among buyers, sellers, and lenders across the county.
He also noted that the average sale price for commercial and residential properties in October was $1,026,392 — a figure that comes in 6% higher than September, though 10% lower than the same time last year.
